At BB Rustic, we strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable stay. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds when booking a stay at our property.
To get a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the check-in date.
For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll receive 50% of the money back.
Guests can also get a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided the cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in.
If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before check-in, no refund is allowed.
If a guest decides to leave the property before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the stay.
Changing Dates: If you need to change your reservation dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
Reducing the Number of Nights: If you wish to reduce the number of nights in your booking, our standard cancellation policy will apply to the canceled nights.
Cleaning fees are refunded if you cancel before check-in.
Credit card fees are nonrefundable. If cancellation is made, guest will have to pay the 7% fees.
