Reservation: To secure a reservation, payment is required in full at the time of booking.

Check-In: Check-in time is from 3 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 6. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees.
Pets: Pets are allowed on the premises if made with prior approval, A $100 pet fee is required per pet at the time of booking. If a pet is brought without permission it will require $150 fee per pet.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages or losses must be reported immediately.
Behavior: Guests must conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb neighbors or violate local laws. The property owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and request immediate departure for disruptive behavior.
Property Use: Guests use the property at their own risk. The property owner is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during your stay.
Personal Belongings: The property owner is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Please ensure that your valuables are secured.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of McCurtain County, Oklahoma.
The property owner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
